The overarching goal of the Mellowing Mind app is to help reduce worry for Buffalo communities, especially during stressful times. This app delivers an 8-week interactive mindfulness training program, which includes 8 weekly modules and an introductory module, audio and video mindfulness exercises, self-reflections, coping skills trainings, and interactive assignments.
